A handy, wipeable, laminated Birth Wheel designed to fit easily into your labour bag, large diary, or birth kit (21cm diameter). Created by Rachel Giaccone in collaboration with midwives, doulas, and birth partners, this visual aid is a powerful tool to support labour, birth, and pregnancy.

Double-sided design
– Side 1 (green/blue) – Focuses on biomechanics, movement, and rebozo techniques to support labour progress.
– Side 2 (rainbow-coloured) – Offers comfort measures, emotional support techniques, and aromatherapy suggestions to create a calm and balanced birth environment.
