1. You may find answers to your query on this website, where there is a comprehensive source of information on many topics, many uploaded from the 'UKmidwifery' email discussion group. Please search our site for more details.

2. Send your message to the 'UKmidwifery' email discussion group. This is a lively and supportive group of midwives, mums, students and others who exchange information and support by email. Please note that the membership of UKmidwifery email discussion group is open to anyone with a genuine interest or question concerning maternity care. Messages are not reguarly monitored, but the moderators will intervene to prevent mis-use where necessary.

3. If your query is not urgent, and/or you would like to have input from members who are not on email, it could go on the Letters page of Midwifery Matters (ARM's quarterly journal). Please write to the Coordinating Editor (address above).
